issues. The SPOC can be an individual or an entire team that resides at

address everything from procurement to service. The SPOC's mission is to take
ownership of every issue from initial call to final resolution, thus relieving
the burden from your internal resources. With iT1Source
you have the flexibility to choose one or both of the following SPOC offerings:
